RENTERS RESPONSIBILITIES
The applicant is responsable that rules are respected.
These rules are for the respect of our neighbors as well as
for your own tranquility. Alcool is permited (in moderation)
on the permises of the cottage. All loud noises are prohibited
at all times. There is a noise by-law which is in effect from
10pm to 07am and must be followed by everyone.

AGE RESTRICTION
Unfortunately after trying for several years We no longer
accept students under the age of 25 unless accompanied by
parents. If you have had a good rental with us previously –
this will not apply to you. Exceptions for those close to the
age restrictions may be considered with a larger security
deposit. Rental for any school activities or School Reunion
are not accepted.

BOOKING
To book your vacation we require half the rental fee
in advance to hold your reservation. The final deposit is due in
full two weeks prior to your holiday.

REFUND
If you choose to cancel it will only be refunded once another
renter is found. There is a $50 administration fee.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
No security deposit is needed for this reservation. We
believe you will take care of this chalet like it was yours.

CLEANING REQUIREMENT
We request that the renters leave the chalet in a tidy
condition.

LIMITED RESPONSIBILITIES
We do not assume any responsibilities for temporary interruptions
of hydro power, water, cable or satellite services. We can not
assume responsibility for any inconvenience or noise caused by
neighbours, constructions or repairs outside of our properties
and any nconvenience of natural cause.

INVENTORY
Tenants acknowledges the inventory and he/she shall, within
two days of occupancy, notify the property manager of all
discrepancies or repairs.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Tenants acknowledges receipt of and agrees by, rules and
regulations governing the property. The property manager
or the owner of the properties assumes no responsibility for
any loss or injury suffered by the tenants. This includes in
the water, premise or with the equipment, including the play
structures. Please watch your children at all times.
